		<description>Hey Jateen

The ginger you eat at a Japanese restaurant (typically with sushi), that isn&#039;t plain ginger. Its ginger mixed with vinegar, salt, and sugar. Therefore, most people should not eat that on a daily basis. Vinegar, being fermented, is not recommended for many people because it can impair digestion.

But yes, by all means, be sure to eat it with your sushi!

If you want more flavor to your ginger on a daily basis, then you can mix it with some fresh lemon juice and then eat it.

Take care,

		<description>Hey Varsha,

I really like eating the sliced pickled Ginger that is commonly served at Japanese restaurants. Is that okay to eat regularly? I sometimes go through a lot of it but haven&#039;t observed the types of affects it may have.

Great post!!
