		<description>Yes, after that wonderful post I am curious about your thoughts on fasting..  I have had a two powerful fasts that I think helped me greatly..  but it isn&#039;t something I feel I need to do a lot of..  I am a pitta/kapha and I get fierce headaches if I don&#039;t eat or don&#039;t eat enough at lunch... I have learned because of Ayurveda that there is nothing wrong with making food a priority for the day!  it is just what you eat that matters...  :)
