		<description>I am such a morning person now that I have learned the secret of the doshas when it comes to waking up.. Go to bed early... and waking by 5:30 am gives you so much more energy then waking up at 6:30...  I am so lethargic all day long if I wake up at 8..  but my internal clock is so on routine now I wake up before the alarm clock goes off.. like 5am I open my eyes and just lay there enjoying the morning while slowly waking up.. I love the mornings..   I wake up 3.5 hours early every day just so I can enjoy my mornings..  

my stress level has dropped 50%...  :)
